Many of our dishes are prepared with locally grown produce, and all leftover food and paper products are seperated to be bio-composted. Tir Na nOg is the capital city's favorite Irish pub located in the heart of the Moore Square Art District in downtown Raleigh. Offering a gastro-pub cuisine, our guests can enjoy dishes ranging from traditional Irish fare to healthy, modern twists on favorite dishes. Tir Na nOg is proud to say that we are turning green. Many of our dishes are prepared with locally grown produce, and all leftover food and paper products are seperated to be bio-composted. All of our paper products in our restrooms are recycled, non-toxic and eco-friendly products. Our used vegetable oil is recycled and used to fuel the bio-diesel catering trucks for Green Planet Catering, an admirable all green catering company based out of Raleigh.
When one thinks of the Irish, green naturally comes to mind. Here at Tir Na nOg, we are working to live up to our "green" reputation. Come by and have a pint!
